At Simply Good Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all coffee equipment is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all accessories and manuals, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
